The Being Technique

Unlike many techniques, which require a degree of focus or concentration, the Being technique emphasizes effortlessness. This makes it perfect for anyone who believes they can’t meditate because they’re restless or can’t calm their mind. It can be practiced anywhere, which makes it great for people with busy lives and ideal for making into a daily habit. The Being technique is taught over the 3-Day Learn Mediation course.

The 3-Day Learn Meditation Course

…is taught over 3 consecutive days in sessions that run approximately 90 minutes. The course will provide you with all the experience and knowledge required to be completely self sufficient in your practice and the guarantee that once completed, you will know, without any doubt, how to correctly practice this technique. If at any time after completing the course you feel unsure or would like to take a refresher course, you are welcome to attend any available 3-Day course at no additional charge.
